I’ve been all about that au naturel life lately, for a variety of reasons. First, the non-stop travel lately has me spending time on more important tasks. Second, as I’m now working from home my daily routine has transformed tremendously. And lastly, recently entering my 30th year I’m channeling new beauty inspiration. The theme is natural, in regards to both keeping things more minimal and focusing on quality ingredients.
You know I’m all about everyday little luxuries, and one product I never cut corners with is lip balm. I always opt for something natural and organic wherever possible, and I recently learned eos just updated their formula. Few people know that their products have been natural and organic, all along. They are in the same scents and packaging we all know and love, but now with an even more silky, smooth texture that nourishes the lips. Packed with jojoba oil, shea butter, and now extra sunflower oil, the new formula is unbelievably soothing for a drugstore price. Summer Fruit is my favorite flavor, and the new formula is even more intense and delightful than before.
So as I slowly step away from my signature winged liquid eyeliner and false lashes, I’m feeling the natural look lately. It’s refreshing and allows me more time to enjoy other things in life. Other things, like the abundantly blooming bougainvillea all around San Francisco during Indian summer.

I’m all about a good lip balm! I have a few go-to brands but I haven’t tried EOS yet (it’s difficult to get here in Australia). I’m all about the eyeliner and a bold lip, but I do love me a natural make-up look every now and then. 🙂
