Attention Hello Kitty fans everywhere, the Hello Kitty jet is finally in San Francisco! EVA Air is now doing nonstop flights between San Francisco and Taipei. Keep an eye out for the adorable Hand-in-Hand Jet, featuring all of the classic Sanrio characters holding hands.
I first flew EVA Air a few years ago when I went to Taiwan, and I was amazed by the premium experience even in the economy cabin. The service is top notch and even mundane elements like the lavatories are upgraded with fresh flowers and complimentary skin care products.
As a lifelong Sanrio lover, this collaboration brings me so much joy. Not only is the plane colorfully painted on the outside, the inside experience is decked out with Sanrio surprises in every corner.
Get a sneak peek of the plane in the video below which I shot at yesterday’s debut event.
