Limoncello Spritz Recipe Ingredients

• Caravella Limoncello
• Sparkling White Wine
• Fresh Sliced Lemon
• Ice

Because Caravella has a hint of sweetness on its own, I skipped adding any simple syrup or any other sweetener whatsoever. However, you can always sweeten this cocktail to your taste. This cocktail is a great alternative to the aperol spritz, maybe to those looking for a less bitter and more sweet flavor profile.

As for mix-ins, I chose white sparkling wine because that’s what I usually have on hand the most. You could always swap with Italian prosecco if you have it. And you can of course top this cocktail with some optional club soda or soda water to fill the glass.

You can also get creative with garnish, with lemon slices, or even herbs! I love fresh basil or mint with lemon flavors.

I love serving any type of spritz cocktail in a tall wine glass and over ice. Depending on the size of the wine glasses you use, you may have to tweak these the limoncello and sparkling wine measurements slightly to fill the bowl.
