Better late than never, here are my monthly favorites! One quarter of last month, I was roadtripping across the US. The rest of the month, I was home and back on the hustle. When my life gets really busy, it’s definitely reflected in the makeup I reach for and the clothes I wear. These are all favorites that work well and have kind of simplified the decisions in my daily routine.
Watch the video below and scroll ahead to read more of my thoughts on the products mentioned.
Lancôme Juicy Shaker in Berry In Love (c/o)
I’ve shared my love for Mangoes Wild once before, but I now have a new favorite shade for fall. Berry In Love is a vibrant raspberry shade perfect for the season. It perks up my appearance without feeling like I have a ton of a makeup on. This color leaves behind a pretty stain that will last longer than the shiny finish will. This has been a purse staple lately.
Giorgio Armani Eye Tints in Nude Smoke & Fur Smoke (c/o)
I’m pretty loyal to a few particular brands when it comes to cream eyedshadow bases. Giorgio Armani has now officially joined that elite club. The Eye Tints feel great and last all day, performing amazingly either alone or layered with other products. They’re smoothing, without being too heavy or thick. They set much quicker than a Paint Pot or Backstage Eye Prime, so just blend them quickly and you’ll be fine!
Laura Mercier Translucent Pressed Setting Powder
For an undereye setting powder, this product nails it. I find the texture very smooth and the finish quite light-reflecting. It looks awesome and feels great! Also does not cling to dry areas around my orbital bone. My skin is far too dry for the loose version of this powder, but that version seems to be significantly more popular among bloggers and vloggers.
PUR 4-In-1 Pressed Mineral Makeup 10th Anniversary Edition in Light (c/o)
For the rest of my face, this powder has been awesome for delivering additional coverage without heavy build-up. My skin is rather bad right now with both texture and tone issues, but for someone with better skin this product would make a good powder foundation. For me, I reach for this PUR powder for setting my liquid foundation and it looks fab.
FOREO ISSA Toothbrush (c/o)
This toothbrush has rocked my world lately. The ISSA pulsates at 11,000 pulses per minute, leaving your teeth feeling so clean after an ordinary two minute brushing. The silicone design is genius because it’s both bacteria-resistant and quick drying. One charge via USB will last up to 6 months of 2x daily usage, which blows my mind. Hygiene innovation right here, people!
Vans Classic Perforated Slip-On Sneakers
A bit of a fashion basic, I have been LIVING in Vans lately. The perforated black style goes with everything and these are just the best sneakers for running around town in. I definitely want to get a gray pair soon to add to my autumn/winter wardrobe.

I’m not a fan of foundation. I do like mineral makeup though. I’m looking forward to trying the PUR 4-In-1 Pressed Mineral Makeup.
Wow, the toothbrush sounds awesome! 6 months on one charge, sounds good to me! And all the makeup sounds wonderful.
I have heard so much about that toothbrush – I really want to try it out.
