Every so often Forever 21 has a home run piece, and I guess I’ve been pretty good at scoring them lately because two new finds are featured in this look. This blue scuba dress and these faux leather cutout booties are some of my best F21 purchases, ever. The neoprene look for under $30? Yeah. Expensive looking booties for fall? Yep. So naturally, I was stoked to sport these fab finds this Sunday at brunch with two of my most fashionable friends. I was in the mood for rich jewel tones, so I popped on a merlot velvet blazer for some depth of color and texture. Nothing says the holidays are rapidly approaching than jewel tones on the mind… Am I right?
