Little Luxuries To Upgrade Your Space

Two years after moving from an apartment to a house, and we are still not done furnishing the space. With the pandemic, I’ve taken my time moving around old furniture, finding new pieces, and even thrifting items to figure out where and how they work best. But what I have figured out is that I enjoy a few higher end items that really elevate my space and make everyday life a bit more enjoyable. These are little luxuries that don’t necessarily cost a fortune, but they really upgrade my everyday. I wanted to share some of my favorite everyday little luxuries for the home you might find life-changing too!

Barefoot Dreams Blanket

The Barefoot Dreams blanket hype is real. I love mine and use it nearly everyday! I love how soft, stretchy, and plush the material is. The In The Wild Throw is oversized enough to fully cocoon you on the couch, or just make a lovely throw for the edge of your bed. I have the dove gray and black color combination. I really want to buy another one in a different color when they go on sale.

Jo Malone Myrrh & Tonka Diffuser

No space is complete until the scent has been set. I wanted this Jo Malone diffuser for years and years, and I thankfully got it as a Christmas present last year! I started using it immediately and 10 months later there’s still a ton of scent oil still in it. The warm amber gourmand scent is luxuriously intoxicating, I absolutely love it. The packaging is stunning too. I keep this luxurious diffuser on a mirrored tray that sits on my dresser.

Keenray Towel Warmer

This Keenray towel warmer is my newest obsession and I look forward to using it everyday. It really gives you the warm spa towel experience right at home. Just roll up your towel and drop it in here before you plan to shower or bathe. The longer it’s in, the better!

Robot Vacuum

Robot vacuums are pricy, but the amount of time they save is simply unimaginable. We have the Roborock and love it so much! It uses lidar navigation to map your home and you can program cleans by room, area, and also establish no-go zones.

Dupray Neat Steam Mop

If you follow me on Amazon or Instagram, chances are you’ve already seen this cleaning tool in action. The Dupray Neat is a powerful steam mop contained in a very compact package. It comes with a ton of attachments so you can use it to clean a plethora of things. This thing helps cut down on the single use plastics and cleaning products you’d typically repurchase over the years. I love it for cleaning floors and it’s super satisfying to use!

Large Crystals

Crystals are one of my favorite things to decorate with. They come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. Whether you find them pure luxury or even spiritual, their beauty you can’t deny. I love decorating my console tables, dressers, bookshelves, and more with large crystals with tons of light-catching facets and edges. Selenite, rose quartz, and amethyst are a few types of crystals that I’m drawn to most.
