October 3rd isn’t only Lindsay Lohan’s least favorite day of the year, but it’s the day I bring you my September faves! I was a little hung up with moving these past few weeks, but I wouldn’t let that make me fall behind on blog posts or videos. Here are all of the items I was digging last month.
OPI ‘Red Hot Ayers Rock’
This is, hands down, my favorite OPI shade because the color is perfection and this polish just does not chip. It’s one of the few nail polishes I can wear for a week that still looks great on day six and seven. Sadly, this was a limited edition shade so it’s hard to get your hands on now.
Crown C320 Pro Precision Pointed Powder Brush
While this brush used to shed a lot when I first bought it, it has truly grown better with age. This tulip shaped powder brush is fluffy and luxurious, perfect for applying your everyday setting powder with. I’m a huge fan of Crown Brush and this is one of my favorites from their line.
Alba Botanica Hawaiian Sugar Cane Body Polish
If you like sweet scents, this product is for you. This is one of the most delicious smelling body products I’ve ever smelled… and it smells like cotton candy Bubblicious. It’s a really nice balanced scrub, too, with not too much exfoliating particles and just enough oil to keep it moisturizing. It’s something I reach for multiple times per week. Also, I love that it’s made from natural ingredients. I’m still not even over how delicious this scrub smells.
New York Color Applelicious Glossy Lip Balm
While the packaging on this product is kind of cheap, the product inside is actually quite good! I have the shade Big Apple Red and it gives off the perfect sheer red tint on the lips that gives that ‘just bitten’ look. The formula is comfortable to wear, and it smells like you guessed it, apples!
CoverGirl Outlast Stay Fabulous 3-in-1 Foundation
I’ve raved about this product time and time again, but it’s for good reason. This foundation really is fabulous! It stays on all day and covers well, yet is comfortable to wear. Applied wonderfully with either your fingers, synthetic brushes, or a Beauty Blender, a little bit goes a long way and gives off a medium to full coverage look. If I have plans after work, this is the foundation I reach for to last me all day. Easily one of my best drugstore finds this year.
