It’s rare I come across a maxi I love this much. A lot of skirts can make me appear way too wide and bulky, but because this maxi is flanked with two layered slits in the front it rather lengthens and slims my silhouette. The skirt floats just perfectly when I walk, and keeps me cool on the hottest of days. Plus, the olive shade keeps it in the neutral family making it a new classic. Angelina, eat your heart out!

That skirt is so elegant and such a versatile color too! Loved the way you styled it.
Because I have big hips I am a little hesitant about full length cotton skirts or dresses because they tend to fall on the wrong place or just look like a bag on me. I like the splits in this one i feel like it opens up the dress and would help show my figure more but still be modest.
