Happy Leap Day! Here we are with another edition of monthly favorites. This was such a fun month for events and happenings; I went to LA for a movie premiere, hit up a huge Super Bowl party with Rolling Stone, and fully indulged in pizza and chocolate for Valentine’s Day. This month I was loving glam lashes, luminous skin, and liquid lips a ton.
Watch the video below and scroll ahead to read more of my thoughts on the products mentioned.
Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lolita 2
This is a true terra cotta nude lip color that looks fantastic on so many different skin tones. The formula is incredibly pigmented and lasts all day on the lips.
PÜR COSMETICS HydraFluid Water Serum Foundation in Light (c/o)
I’ve been digging the dewy skin look lately and this foundation is what I’ve been reaching for during the work week. It’s luminous without being greasy, making it suitable for my oily to combination skin. Since this foundation is water based, it’s very blendable on the skin but the coverage is surprisingly nice.
Wet N Wild Fergie Centerstage Highlight Rosé Champagne Glow
I fear this product may be limited edition, but it’s worth hunting down if you love highlighters. This powder gives off a wet, pearly looking sheen which gives a very youthful glow on the cheekbones.
Lancôme HYPNÔSE DRAMA Mascara (c/o)
If you prefer thickening, volumizing mascaras, you might enjoy this as much as I do. I’ve been getting compliments on my lashes lately, and it’s always when I’m wearing this.
House of Lashes Smokey Muse
Smokey Muse is my new go-to lash because it’s glam yet not full-on drag queen. I love me some drag queens, though! I much prefer Smokey Muse to the Iconic lashes because they are less heavy on the lids and give off a more wispy look.
Tarte Tarteist Lip Paint in Namaste
One of the most comfortable liquid lipsticks I’ve tried, I love how pigmented this product is! It feels like a mousse and it glides over lip textures, smoothing everything out. Not to mention, Namaste is pretty much the most perfect nude.
elf Lip Exfoliator
Drugstore gem alert! If you adore lip colors but struggle with smooth lips, you need to give this product a try. It’s great for a mini lip treatment once a week and it has a delightful sugary flavor.
Farmacy Lip Bloom in Citrus Lemongrass (c/o)
This product doesn’t leave my bedside table. It smells amazing and works wonders for my lips. In general, I’ve just been enjoying the entire Farmacy line.

I’ve never used lip exfoliator before but totally need to! Thanks for the tips and review!
I have been a fan of wet n wild products for years. Great review as always 🙂
Sounds like a busy month! I love your lip color. I have a hard time wearing lipstick or even lip gloss because my lips are always chapped. I’m going to try out the elf lip exfoliator you mentioned 🙂
I only use mascara but a few times a year. I need a new one for 2016 I may have to find the Lancome one you use. I like compliments, lol.
That mascara is one of the best, actually in my opinoin Lancome is one of the best beauty products. Also, The lashes look like a lot of fun!
