’tis the season for festive tunes! I wanted to share my ultimate Christmas playlist of holiday jams that I’ve been perfecting over the last few years. The Spotify playlist has over 80 songs and 4.5 hours of holiday tunes spanning the classics to modern pop, RnB, and country covers. 98 Degrees, Whitney Houston, Mary J. Blige, Brad Paisley, Toni Braxton, and Keyshia Cole do some of my favorite Christmas songs. I also have the classics from Stevie Wonder, The Jackson 5, Wham, Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Queen, Elvis, Bing Crosby, *NSYNC, and Christina Aguilera in there too. There are many original Christmas songs as well!

These songs are best enjoyed while cooking, baking, decorating, and being played on a high quality sound system. We most use an Apple HomePod at home, but I’m also a fan of more portable small wireless Bluetooth speakers for taking music outside to the backyard. While our family is apart this year, this playlist helps bring us together with a little extra holiday cheer when we need it most. We’ll be on Facetime together this year.
This Christmas playlist is also awesome for when I’m getting screen fatigue from too much TV and YouTube. It’s a real thing! While I love my Netflix Christmas originals and the classics like Gremlins, Home Alone, The Holiday, and Elf, I can only stare at a screen for so many hours of the day. 2020 problems, am I right? Putting on a Christmas playlist is perfect to channel those holiday vibes without staring at yet another screen.
Which artist makes your favorite holiday songs? What is the top Christmas album of all time? What would you add to this ultimate Christmas playlist? Let me know in a comment below!
