You guys, I have a lot of products in rotation right now and narrowing down my favorites was a challenge this month. As the seasons change, I’m jumping between all kinds of face and body products better fit for colder weather. Here are the best of the best of my November.
Watch the video below and scroll onward for product links and more thoughts.
Charlotte Tilbury Charlotte’s Magic Cream
Charlotte is best known for her makeup genius, but this skin care item may be just as noteworthy as her cosmetics. This is a thick cream that soothes tired and dull skin, never feeling greasy or heavy. It’s potent enough to help my dry patches and still not suffocate my oily t-zone. It’s suitable for both night and day use, too.
Real Techniques Expert Face Brush
This brush is just perfection and you need it in your life. The shape is perfect and can be used for so many different things. Real Techniques brushes are made of synthetic hairs so they are vegan-friendly, as well. They also wash and hold their shape very nicely.
bareMinerals BareSkin Foundation (c/o)
I didn’t experience love at first application, but this serum foundation grew on me. It’s all about level setting though, and for me this is just a foundation I reach for on a casual day. The texture is light, coverage is light, and the finish is radiant and natural. It lasts 4-6 hours tops, so I always pair it with a full coverage concealer or powder to help its longevity. Less is more, so don’t apply too much since it is not buildable and it’ll pool up in your pores and fine lines (a disaster) if you do. I also recommend using this product with the coordinating Perfecting Face Brush.
MAC Pro Longwear Concealer in NW20
It’s been a while since I’ve had this in the rotation, and I can’t believe I had gone so long without it. It works wonders on concealing undereye circles and it doesn’t budge even after a long day of wear. This is one of my all time favorite MAC products!
Julep ‘Gabrielle’
This color has been in constant pedicure rotation lately and it’s a far departure from my regular neon pink or classic red. The formula is thick and opaque with one coat. It’s the perfect deep dusty purple that compliments my pale skin.
Pacifica Indian Coconut Nectar Body Butter & Body Wash Set (c/o)
This is a limited edition holiday and ULTA exclusive you can’t miss. While I have tried the Tuscan Blood Orange Body Butter in the past, the Indian Coconut Nectar scent is equally amazing. It smells of warm and rich creamy coconut, but in a natural and not overly sweet way. I also love that all Pacifica products are vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben-free. Now’s the perfect time to stock up since the set is a bargain!
Pacifica Indian Coconut Nectar Hand Cream
This hand cream has been a hit with not only I, but my office as well! The texture is thick and whipped and really nourishes dry hands. Again, the scent is sweet yet sophisticated. This is a fantastic hand cream for under $10.
